Qualification & Experience :
- Must have completed graduation in any department
- Must have experience in Excel / Word / Slide to capture data, create basic templates and represent in documents / slides
Work place : Work from home
Salary : 30,000 per month
Work to be done :
- Connect with high profile riders and influencers on social media and point to Uber’s support spirit
- Manage customer issues from various internal groups i.e. IRT, ECR, cross support, CEO escalations, partner issue, MFI customer concerns, provide language support to SL / BD, support driver issue from BPOs and focus on the high priority queue for critical ones.
- Must have the ability to manage security-related partner issues on social media with the presence of emotional intelligence and mind when working with internally related groups
- If necessary, provide excellent customer support to all our audiences via emails and phone calls.

- Identify patterns and assist in improving support systems as we scale
Skills required :
- Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a proven track record to write clear, concise and accurate messages
- Must be familiar with Google Drive, especially the Google Spreadsheet and Google Docs capable of handling professional and calm behavior
Shifts :
- Ability to work in the mornings, evenings and weekends to cover comfortable hours and work hours as needed.
