Job Role of Process Executive – The role of process executive is to verify documents, processing bills, analysis of data, responding to complaints, queries on emails, effectively execute calls of clients, resolve query/ issues as per deliverables outlined, maintain voice quality as per standard agreed, handle repetitive calls and strive for target minimization in order to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities –
Support request on behalf of sales force i.e amendments, pricing sheets or quotes etc. for service requests.
Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions.
Interact with the sales team through chat or calls
Provide email support
Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
