Age Limit for RBI Grade B Officers
The RBI has set an age limit for the RBI Officer (Grade ‘B’) examination. To apply for the RBI Grade B exam in 2022, candidates must be aged between 21 and 30. The highest age restriction for M.Phil. and Ph.D. candidates is 32 and 34 years, respectively.
Candidates from the reserved category would have their upper age relaxed as per the Board’s norms.

Selection Process for RBI Grade B Officers
This year’s RBI Grade B 2022 Exam will be conducted in three parts, with the Preliminary Examination being purely objective in form, and the Mains Examination consisting of both objective and descriptive tests in character. Final selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained in mains (Phase-II) exam and interview.
Application Fees for RBI Grde B Exam
Candidates belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) must pay a total of Rs. 850/- as application fee for the RBI Grade B 2022 exam. For applicants who fall under the SC/ST/PWD categories, the same payment is lowered to Rs. 100/- instead.
