Job Responsibilities
- Provides entry-level administrative and transactional support for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Manages inbound workflow as assigned and tracks projects to completion to support the needs of the Technical Operations organization
- Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy
- Interfaces with Maintenance Programs facilitating effective communication to manage workload in accordance with business requirements
- Audits technical documents for compliance and accuracy
- Supports creation of technical documents to perform aircraft maintenance
- Administrative support of technical document applications/software
- Engages in training and skill development, including relationship building
